Primepanel® developed to satisfy the main specifications available in the railways, subways and urban furniture markets. It is a product which offers greater protection than more traditional methods of printing to flat and folded panels thus increasing considerably the longevity of our signage.

The process has been developed by Rydon Signs and sourced in conjunction with Cromadex® for use within the railway industry who demand resilient and long-lasting products.

Primepanel® is now available for the first time to all customers so that they can also benefit from such an innovative product.

We have the ability to supply the Primepanel® process to flat and folded aluminium panels with the added flexibility of the base colour being matched using our state-of-the-art paint mixing system.

Panels manufactured using Primepanel® are more resilient to graffiti abuse and UV dis-colouration than simply printed and laminated signage, as well as having the added bonus of having a similar appearance to vitreous enamel which is a far more expensive method of manufacture.
